Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Specialist to join their customer support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support partners by responding to inquiries and resolving issues via email or phone
  • Onboard new partners and ensure their payment systems are operational
  • Manage disputes and chargebacks, providing guidance to partners
Required Qualifications and Education
  • 2+ years of experience in client support, preferably in payments or fintech
  • Familiarity with payment gateways, terminals, and chargeback processes
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (EST)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
