Key Responsibilities
- Support partners by responding to inquiries and resolving issues via email or phone
- Onboard new partners and ensure their payment systems are operational
- Manage disputes and chargebacks, providing guidance to partners
Required Qualifications and Education
- 2+ years of experience in client support, preferably in payments or fintech
- Familiarity with payment gateways, terminals, and chargeback processes
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (EST)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Legally authorized to work in the US
