Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Patient Solutions Quality Assurance (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance program strategies across patient support programs
- Lead the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures and business rules
- Identify process improvements and oversee compliance and quality assurance for patient support programs
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree; advanced degree preferred
- Three to five (3-5) years of experience in patient services or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance requirements and HIPAA regulations
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting in Excel
- Strong project management skills
