Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Accountant - Doctor Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate compensation calculations, reports, and payment schedules for providers
• Perform monthly reconciliation of compensation payments to ensure accuracy
• Assist with budget forecasting and the development of compensation tracking and reporting systems

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. in Finance or Accounting required
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis; physician compensation experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• No specific licenses or credentials required
