A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and audit payroll for multiple pay groups, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations
- Respond to inquiries from employees and management regarding payroll matters and maintain accurate payroll records
- Perform retroactive compensation changes and ensure proper administration of garnishments and direct deposits
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources preferred, or equivalent experience
- Two to four years of professional experience in payroll or accounting-related duties
- Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and ADP Smart Compliance required
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and payroll processing regulations
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll processing software
