Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and audit payroll for multiple pay groups, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations
  • Respond to inquiries from employees and management regarding payroll matters and maintain accurate payroll records
  • Perform retroactive compensation changes and ensure proper administration of garnishments and direct deposits
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Two to four years of professional experience in payroll or accounting-related duties
  • Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and ADP Smart Compliance required
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and payroll processing regulations
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll processing software
