Job Summary

A company is looking for an ES OnPrem PeopleSoft Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather functional requirements and review them with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain standard work documentation and support training/job aids
• Act as a subject matter expert in HR products and HCM processes

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Jira and other relevant tools
• Knowledge of HR systems, specifically Workday
• Ability to develop test plans and scenarios
• Experience in facilitating questions and feedback from stakeholders
• Strong understanding of HCM processes
