Key Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and administrative support to clinical staff and managers for clinical programs
- Complete approximately 600 administrative tasks per month and adhere to quality metrics
- Support troubleshooting of member issues identified during outreach calls
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy, medical, or healthcare setting
- 1+ years of administrative support experience
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products
- 1+ years of call center experience
