Job Summary
A company is looking for a Plan Advisor Representative, National Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, and claims
- Research and resolve complex issues across multiple databases, ensuring timely follow-up with members
- Educate members on health incentives and assist with appointment scheduling and preventive screenings
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or 10+ years of equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience in an office or professional setting
- Ability to work any of the 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm CST
- Capability to participate in training classes and demonstrate understanding of the material
