Key Responsibilities
- Handle front-line technical support issues and act as a liaison between users and staff

Required Qualifications
- Availability to work up to 30 hours per week
- Customer support experience, preferably in a SaaS startup environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
- Familiarity with tools such as Intercom, Stripe, and Jira
- Knowledge of social media platforms and basic troubleshooting of browser issues
