Job Summary
A company is looking for a part-time Portal Operations Specialist to manage and optimize brand portal web ads for their Employee Savings business.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all web ad placements are launched on schedule and with high accuracy
- Maintain and monitor existing site offers to ensure content is current and accessible
- Create compelling new offers for each brand onboarded by the sales team
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Prior experience in eCommerce/B2C space is preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Comfort using spreadsheets and editing content
