Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Contract Manager, Strategic Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate value-driven renewals and contract changes while ensuring a superb customer experience
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to drive account growth and execute the contract renewal process
- Mentor less experienced Contract Managers and contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in contract or renewal management or a similar role
- Experience working with Legal teams on complex contract specifications
- Experience with large organizations (200+ employees)
- Demonstrated ability to consistently over-perform against targets and metrics
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work autonomously and strategically
