Principal Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Engineer to take full technical ownership of their product roadmap and systems architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap and platform architecture to ensure scalability, security, and reliability
• Drive roadmap execution by partnering with Product to define technical milestones and lead end-to-end delivery
• Lead AI & automation initiatives, integrating third-party services and building in-house tools that streamline business processes

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Deep backend experience with Node.js, Python, or Go
• Frontend expertise with frameworks like React or Vue
• Proven success leading architecture in production environments at scale
• Experience with healthcare systems HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, EHRs, and payer APIs
