Release Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Release Engineer to support and streamline the delivery of mobile and browser-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support engineering teams with day-to-day release tasks, including cherry-pick reviews, build validations, and release coordination
• Own and maintain CI/CD pipelines using various tools and automate build/test/release workflows via scripting
• Monitor build health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper versioning, tagging, and signing of builds

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in release engineering, CI/CD, or build/release coordination
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and reviewing/cherry-picking production code branches
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Bitrise, GitHub Actions, and CircleCI
• Strong scripting ability and familiarity with Git workflows and semantic versioning
• Experience with feature flag systems and understanding of staged rollouts and store compliance processes is a plus
