Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager, Post Delivery Retailer Experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for retailer-facing post-delivery experience configurations
• Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative solutions for business rule configuration and reporting dashboards
• Champion the integration of applied intelligence to optimize retailer configurations and enhance post-delivery operations

Required Qualifications

• BS/MS in computer science, information systems, or equivalent
• 15+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B or B2B2C SaaS environment
• Broad expertise in building and scaling platform configuration tools and workflow management systems
• Proven experience defining and managing API-first or headless products
• Strong technical background with the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams
