Probabilistic Risk Assessment Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Probabilistic Risk Assessment Engineer for a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to PRA work in coordination with plant design and safety analysis
• Ensure PRA compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
• Develop event and fault trees, and perform risk integration using PRA models

Required Qualifications and Education

• B.S. or M.S. in nuclear, mechanical, electrical, or aerospace engineering (or similar)
• Five years or more of experience in Probabilistic Risk Assessment
• Knowledge of External Events PRA is preferred
• Familiarity with PRA principles and ASME/ANS Non-Light Water PRA standard
