Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support product delivery efforts by collaborating with Associates and Managers on multiple initiatives
• Participate in manual quality assurance testing to identify issues and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Assist in facilitating discussions between development teams and clients to ensure alignment on product goals

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in client services, sales, or marketing roles with a proven track record of managing client projects
• Proven ability to engage with C-suite and executive stakeholders, confidently presenting insights and managing expectations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
• Strong analytical mindset to translate business problems into structured, actionable insights
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Economics
