Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Product Manager focused on Lending Optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Become an authority on the product area by identifying customer needs and business opportunities through research and analysis
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business vision and stakeholder expectations
• Drive execution against product strategy in collaboration with engineering and design teams, managing trade-offs and communication

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Sr. Product Manager in digital technology
• Prior experience in mortgage operations processes and flows
• In-depth understanding of the mortgage loan cycle process from origination through funding
• Experience with Encompass and familiarity with RPA/AI/ML preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
