• Lead formulation strategy by collaborating with labs, scientists, and manufacturers
• Ensure all formulations meet testing, QA, and regulatory standards across key markets

Required Qualifications

• Experience developing top-selling products in the supplement or functional food industry
• Deep knowledge of formulation science and ingredient synergy
• Understanding of global compliance frameworks (FDA, TGA, FSA, EFSA)
• Fluency in product-market fit with a commercial mindset
• Curiosity and attention to detail in product development
