A company is looking for a Product Operations Manager, Integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and troubleshoot issues related to payroll provider integrations, collaborating with product and engineering teams
- Review operational processes to identify automation opportunities and reduce friction in 401(k) money movement
- Proactively monitor issues using dashboards to resolve potential customer problems
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in technical onboarding, product operations, customer support, or a related technology role
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment to resolve complex issues
- Knowledge of integration technologies (APIs, SFTP) and analytical tools (SQL, Excel)
- Ability to advocate for customer needs and demonstrate customer empathy
