Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Designer to independently own the UX for significant features and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver user-centered design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product and business objectives into user-centered design solutions to drive product-led growth metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize user flows, product features, and prototypes
• Develop a deep understanding of user needs and advocate for intuitive, accessible, and consistent user-centric solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field, and/or 2-5+ years of UX design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and impact across various product touchpoints
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools and working knowledge of research tools
• Experience conducting user research and testing methods
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility
