• Master the GHL platform and build SaaS Mode templates and automations
• Develop a 12-month roadmap based on GHL release notes and prioritize tasks aligned with KPIs
• Design multi-step workflows and manage GHL REST hooks for integration with ClinicMind services

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management or GHL agency experience
• Deep knowledge of GoHighLevel APIs and related technologies
• Experience shipping customer-facing features in an Agile environment
• Data fluency with tools like Looker, SQL, or GHL analytics
• Familiarity with HIPAA/TCPA compliance in healthcare marketing
