Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs within the product delivery team
• Develop and present product strategies and ideas to stakeholders while leading delivery teams
• Maintain a prioritized product backlog and manage the product roadmap, aligning value milestones with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience managing delivery activities for custom enterprise software products in an Agile environment
• Proven accountability for an enterprise software product vertical, including vision, strategy, and performance metrics
• Experience leading enterprise software development teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/training experience; additional relevant experience may substitute for a degree
• Knowledge of heavily regulated and compliance-driven industries is required
