Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Manager to operationalize and scale product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between product and operations teams to ensure smooth product rollouts and support change management efforts
• Analyze product adoption and customer feedback to identify trends and partner with product managers on enhancements
• Lead projects focused on improving operational workflows and define success metrics to track outcomes

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in product operations, business operations, or a similar analytical role
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making; familiarity with SQL is a plus
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives from ideation to execution
• Highly organized and results-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in logistics or understanding of Agile processes is preferred
