Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
• 10+ years of experience in Product Development or related fields
• Experience in the Beauty Industry, specifically in Hair Care or Body Care
• Proficiency in Product Development Lifecycle and Financial Forecasting
• Experience with Project Management Tools and Data Analysis
