Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Policy Coordinator to provide policy support for Generative AI products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute red-teaming evaluations to identify political and ideological bias in AI systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to prioritize high-risk areas related to elections and breaking news
• Analyze findings to inform model development and communicate insights to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in technology and public policy/governance issues
• Strong understanding of the current political and policy environment in the United States
• Experience with Generative AI products and technology
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems
