A company is looking for a Coordinator 2, Product Sales Support & Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily calls to customers to confirm installation appointments and reschedule as needed
- Complete Salesforce case responses to meet departmental objectives and provide timely feedback on customer satisfaction
- Research and manage construction escalations and work requests to ensure order progress
Required Qualifications
- Some high school coursework
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Workbench, CSG, and P2
- Ability to work with moderate supervision and guidance
- Accountability for individual results and team impact
