Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to deliver $425k in B2B sales to meet annual sales quota
- Manage the entire sales cycle from converting leads to securing contract signatures
- Run outbound lead generation campaigns and develop subject matter expertise to advise clients
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate sales experience with a quota of $425k ARR
- Proven track record of winning new clients and exceeding sales quotas
- Experience engaging with senior Legal, HR, and Compliance executives
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and HubSpot
- Industry expertise in compliance, ethics risk management, or HR benefits platforms
