Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with technical support issues reported via various channels
- Provide analysis, troubleshooting, and testing of technical issues
- Maintain communication with customers and ensure timely resolution of incidents
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technology discipline or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of customer support experience in application support
- Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft SQL Server
- Ability to interpret and edit XML files
- Flexibility to work a schedule that meets customer satisfaction needs
