Key Responsibilities

- Analyze engagement and performance data to inform team priorities and improve customer engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Program Management, Customer Success Operations, or Enablement, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment
- Familiarity with systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Catalyst
- Proven ability to manage processes and tools effectively
- Strong ownership mindset with a focus on identifying and solving operational challenges
- Experience with digital success or scaled engagement programs is a plus
