Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination, execution, and optimization of strategic programs and implementations for healthcare clients
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client-facing initiatives and maintain project plans
• Facilitate regular updates and status reports to keep stakeholders informed and aligned

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare projects
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, or care coordination is a plus
• PMP Certification or other project management certifications is preferred
