Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead complex projects and manage client implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic and technical projects, including client onboarding and platform deployments
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring adherence to quality, scope, timeline, and budget
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of project or program management experience in SaaS, IT, CSP, TelCo, or ISP industries
- Strong technical background with effective communication skills for collaboration with engineering and product teams
- Proven experience managing external client-facing projects and stakeholders
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
