Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to coordinate and monitor the implementation of critical programs remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates and monitors the implementation of critical programs with bank partners
• Manages multiple workstreams across Product, Marketing, and Legal/Compliance
• Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget while developing solutions to program problems

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consumer lending
• 5+ years of experience with Google Sheets
• Familiarity with fintech lending programs is a major plus
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills and professional presence
