Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Medicare Stars & Quality Improvement (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees and implements health care quality improvement initiatives and education programs related to Medicare Stars
  • Plans, directs, and monitors project schedules and budgets while ensuring effective communication and outcome measurement
  • Collaborates with health plans and cross-functional teams to analyze needs and improve Star Ratings through process improvements


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in Medicare Stars Program and Project management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Star Ratings & Quality Improvement programs
  • Operational Process Improvement experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio
