Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate collaborative initiatives with chapter leaders and industry representatives to promote Facility Management
- Manage all aspects of scholarship programs, including promotion, application processes, and awardee selection
- Oversee fundraising activities, including donor management and execution of marketing strategies
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in non-profit programming or fundraising coordination; Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant fields
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritize competing demands
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency with donor management systems or CRM
- Experience with scholarship and accounting software
- Ability to produce professional documents and engage with diverse audiences
