A company is looking for a National Manager, Programs & Grants for Emergency Management, Environment of Care, and Safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute initiatives to align functional objectives with business strategic objectives
- Oversee grant management processes, including writing proposals and ensuring compliance
- Implement change management strategies to support new business processes and evaluate user readiness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred
- Ability to acquire PMP certification within one year of onboarding required
- Prior experience in Facilities Management or Healthcare required
- 5 years of Project Management experience required, with experience in FEMA grant programs and grant writing
- 3-5 years of Program Management experience required
