Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate culture and engagement events, such as town halls and workshops
- Assist in the distribution and analysis of culture surveys and compile findings
- Support the integration of cultural components into new hire experiences
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in project coordination or similar roles is preferred
- Familiarity with DEI principles and programs
- Strong organizational skills
- Intermediate data analysis skills
- Entry-level project management experience
