Key Responsibilities
- Lead and streamline processes with cross-functional teams to enhance operations and efficiency
- Train and coach teams to sustain improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Manage high-level cross-functional improvement projects and maintain stakeholder relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in a clinical diagnostic setting or genetics laboratory with lean tools
- Proven success in leading Value Stream Mapping events and Six Sigma projects
- Strong understanding of Root Cause Problem Solving techniques and process improvement methodologies
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
