Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer implementations and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners while managing multiple concurrent projects
- Identify and manage project delivery risks and facilitate project status meetings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of project management experience in the healthcare domain
- Significant experience in leading customer-facing projects, particularly in business process design and integration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in the health insurance industry is strongly preferred
