Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage projects involving cross-functional teams and complex business processes
- Oversee project communications, schedules, financial management, and documentation
- Apply business and technical knowledge to ensure timely and quality deliverables
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum 5 years of experience with industry systems and project management methodologies
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- PMI CaPM or PMP certification, and industry-standard Agile certification preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, and Employee Navigator
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
