Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple project budgets, scopes, schedules, and profitability while communicating with internal and client teams
- Coordinate and schedule internal and client-facing meetings, ensuring all project documents are organized and maintained
- Monitor project phases, adjust deliverables and schedules as needed, and execute project close-out evaluations
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of project management experience in the communications or social impact industries
- Experience developing and managing complex budgets throughout the project lifecycle
- Familiarity with project management software tools and methodologies
- Education, training, or relevant experience in project management; PMP certification preferred
- Experience working in a remote environment with distributed teams and clients
