Project Manager - Self Care

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Self Care (EMEA).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 30-40 design-led projects, including brand guideline creation and packaging development
• Act as a liaison between design, brand, supply chain, and regulatory teams for effective communication
• Oversee project planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of project management experience in design, packaging, FMCG, or creative studio environments
• Experience working across EMEA markets and in cross-functional, remote teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with project management platforms like Wrike, Workfront, or Asana
• Experience navigating regulatory environments such as EMA, MHRA, or Swissmedic is a plus
