Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prompt Engineer to develop AI agents that enhance customer interactions with their ecommerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer-facing AI support to understand data needs and build AI agents for insights and reports
• Develop and optimize AI agents for natural language to SQL query generation and reporting
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve text-to-SQL capabilities and ensure quality assurance of AI outputs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ecommerce marketing, data analysis, or artificial intelligence
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and working with complex data schemas
• Familiarity with large language models and prompt engineering tools
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI applications and current developments
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
