Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Service Assurance Engineer responsible for post-delivery activation issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret customer issue reports and communicate with customers for troubleshooting
- Analyze service orders and design records to determine circuit requirements and accuracy
- Lead complex incident calls and coordinate troubleshooting efforts with internal and external teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of telecom experience
- Experience with Salesforce, M6/Metasolv, and fiber test analysis software
- In-depth knowledge of telecommunications standards and fiber engineering network design
- Ability to manage projects and handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
