Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Management Maintenance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact and onboard vendors for maintenance and repairs
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans while ensuring quality control standards are met
  • Coordinate delivery of appliances and materials, and approve maintenance invoices
Required Qualifications
  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of maintenance coordination experience
  • Basic knowledge of G-Suite applications
  • Experience in Appfolio and Property Meld preferred
  • Ability to work remotely during 8-5 PST hours
