A company is looking for a Property Management Maintenance Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and onboard vendors for maintenance and repairs
- Develop and implement maintenance plans while ensuring quality control standards are met
- Coordinate delivery of appliances and materials, and approve maintenance invoices
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of maintenance coordination experience
- Basic knowledge of G-Suite applications
- Experience in Appfolio and Property Meld preferred
- Ability to work remotely during 8-5 PST hours
