Prophet 21 Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prophet 21 Technical Business Analyst to provide support for their ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for Prophet 21 ERP users, including troubleshooting issues
• Act as the primary point of contact for end users requiring assistance with Prophet 21
• Perform system updates, patches, and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience providing support for Prophet 21 in a Business Analyst role
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently
• Familiarity with SQL and the ability to query and analyze databases
• Previous experience in a distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environment preferred
• Proven experience in developing forms and reports within Prophet 21
