Key Responsibilities

• Manage the proposal process and timelines, ensuring accountability among stakeholders
• Research, analyze, write, and edit project proposals to meet client requirements
• Collaborate with technical, sales, and field services teams to ensure proposal accuracy and clarity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
• 2 or more years of experience in proposals, project management, or engineering in the Power or Renewables industries
• Engineer in Training (EIT) or registered professional engineer (PE) preferred
• Strong business acumen in project management and consulting engineering
• Must have authorization to work permanently in the US
