Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist (REMOTE) to prepare winning proposals and presentations collaboratively with technical leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate kick-off meetings to define expectations and manage proposal schedules
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategy, win themes, and outlines for proposals
• Lead the development of visual and written content for proposals and coordinate status updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in preparing architectural and engineering proposals for government and private clients
• Strong project management skills
• Familiarity with the AEC industry and experience with Adobe InDesign
• Intermediate to expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite
