Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with application development teams to understand requirements and provide QA feedback
• Facilitate end-user engagement for test planning and execution, ensuring comprehensive test coverage
• Develop and execute test plans, track testing progress, and ensure adherence to QA standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience in software quality assurance, focusing on test planning and execution
• Strong hands-on experience with manual testing; automation experience is a plus
• Experience with ERP testing and familiarity with Salesforce and D365 applications
• Proficiency in testing tools and platforms (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail)
