- Process Internal Priority Quality Improvement Projects and coordinate problem resolution meetings
- Monitor company processes to identify trends and report findings to the Director
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent job-related experience
- 1+ years of experience in quality-related or similar business roles
- Prior experience in the healthcare or managed care industry
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
