Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead internal Quality Assurance operations for pet supplement products.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the internal finished good batch release process and ensure documentation completeness
• Coordinate and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) related to quality issues
• Serve as a key Quality Assurance point of contact for cross-functional teams and support quality requirements for R&D trials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, Animal Science)
• 3-5+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within relevant industries
• Experience with contract manufacturers and remote quality oversight
• Proficiency in CAPA systems and quality data review
• Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 111, 507 and/or pet industry best practices
