Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Operations and BPO partners to monitor and ensure quality performance
- Analyze trends and insights to identify areas for improvement in policy understanding and operational excellence
- Support the maintenance of high standards across global operations to protect users and ensure a safe platform experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in content moderation or agent quality assurance
- Foundational familiarity with general Trust and Safety policies
- Experience in assimilating and understanding data to make relevant recommendations
- Ability to monitor and interpret policies and procedures in alignment with organizational objectives
